Please consider helping Mikey and I raise our goal of $500 for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR). Last year, my daughter Summer and I started a new tradition to run the Marine Corps Marathon 10K in honor of Mikey, and this year daughter Amber will be joining us!
Mikey won't be running, but he will be in the crowd and joining us with the rest of the OAR participants at the finish line. I'm sure he will be making new friends as usual, and maybe this year he'll meet his true love! As you can see from the video, he hasn't stopped trying!
The mission of the Organization for Autism Research (OAR) is to fund applied (i.e., intervention) research, the purpose of which is to improve the quality of life of learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and their families. The organization provides much-needed support and informational resources to families affected by Autism.
