A little more than a decade ago(!) I decided that I wanted to dedicate my time and effort to raise money for autism by running in the Marine Corps Marathon under team OAR (Organization for Autism Research). My goal is to help in the research efforts towards uncovering the cause of this devastating disease and to help improve the lives of the people and the families of those afflicted with it. We're making progress but we're still not there yet. I'm hoping that we'll find an answer in my lifetime, but at least this is something that I can do to feel that I'm playing a part in helping others. I'm hoping that you can help me to help support OAR by donating to this cause. Any amount is absolutely appreciated, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
