Doing the impossible for the impossible.

June 3rd I will escape from Alcatraz to help find a cure for autism. 

Escape from Alcatraz is a triathlon as no other. A difficult 1.5 mile swim to shore, then an 18 miles hilly bike ride out to the Golden Gate Park and an 8 mile trail run out to Baker Beach and up the infamous Sand Ladder.

Only 2000 athletes will try every year including professionals and I will be one of them.
