1 in 68 children is the US is diagnosed with Autism. As a father of a child who has one, I want to help out in finding and identifying the cause or causes of autism and help out families having a hard time finding a "new normal" in their home through the projects of Organization of Autism Research (www.researchautism.org) One way I can do this is through the things I like doing, like swimming, riding my bike and running. I've done multiple marathons, half marathons and some triathlon races but not through a cause. And although crossing those finish lines were fulfilling, I feel that there is something missing, something important. And I realize it was "Giving" Giving something back. So I signed up for Ironman Lousville this October 15, 2017 and while I train for this journey to swim 2.4miles, ride my bike for 112miles then run 26.2miles after, I am humbly asking for your help in raising my goal while I dedicate this race for the cause. #autismdad #swimbikerun
