Hi!

My name is Daniel Dubinsky and I am joining this Bike Tour because it is an amazing opportunity to raise money for a very important cause. Now more than ever, there are more and more children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder, or other diagnoses that similarly affect a child's ability to participate in their regualr environments. In working with children who have such diagnoses and disabilities, I have the opportunity to see the individual beauty and uniqueness in each one of these kids. If you don't personally know someone who has Autism or a similar diagnosis, it may be easy to be in denial or misinformed, but if you DO know someone with this diagnosis or a similar one, then you know that this is a child, like any other child, who likes to play, who likes to laugh, likes to engage in games/activities, thinks, dreams, lives - just like any other child or person! They just have a harder time participating in daily activities, due to their specific symptoms. Autism research is allowing different protocols, strategies, and techniques to be studied and become more available and more easily incorporated into these children's lives. Thus, effectively allowing these kids to participate and engage throughout their daily lives, ultimately enhancig their quality of life and sense of purpose! Please support this cause and donate!
