Race #1 in the books. Sullivan was a challenging race - as usual; cold, windy & raining, but we did it. 12th overall, 1st in age group. Good to see several Decatur folks there. Miss you all.

A beautiful day for the inaugural Lakeside Triathlon. 19th overall. 1st in age group. It was nice to see so many friendly faces racing and along the routes.
Aug. 20, 2017, Peoria Triathlon, Peoria, IL - 500 yd. swim, 13 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run. https://peoriatriathlon.com/
Another great day for racing. Fastest swim ever. I think the current of the river helped a little bit. I got 27th overall finisher and third place in my age group. I'm happy with that.
