Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon- Richard Gayle
A rare opportunity to get into this Iconic Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon this sunday August 15th- so might as well jump in the San Francisco Bay and try to swim 1.5 miles from Alcatraz followed by an 18 mile bike and 8 mile run through the streets of San Francisco- for a great cause.
