This picture was my first race with Jackson.  Since that day, he has logged literally hundreds of miles in the stroller.  I knew early on that something was different about Jackson.  I was told he was just stubborn and essentially that I was just a weak parent.  I'm so glad that we persisted and got his autism diagnosis in April of this year.  Since I often run to burn off the frustrations that come with parenting, I thought what better way to raise money for this neurological disorder.
